Description

This book springs from the intense and thoughtful exchanges of the World Summit Award 2024 Grand Jury in Hyderabad. It represents a collaborative effort to capture and share the wealth of knowledge generated during the WSA Grand Jury proceedings.

The intensity of the exchange got built up over three days of examining, presenting and discussing more than 70 national nominees from 40 countries to select the 5 winners in each of the 8 categories of WSA and the five best from the Youth Award.

26 experts from 24 countries fused their professional experiences in the digital domains and their best personal judgements in a democratic decision-making process. This generated a remarkable energy. 18 of the authors are Grand Jurors.

By making this knowledge accessible to a wider audience, we hope to inspire and empower individuals and organizations to drive positive change through digital innovation and entrepreneurship.

We invited also the WSA national experts from countries with a Winner in the 2023 WSA global contest. They were kind enough to meet a very tight deadline and share their perspectives on their national ecosystems.
